JOB DESCRIPTION : Coordination of build permits approval process and co-location sites • Submission of applications for permits within the region

• Ensuring Resolution of dispute with government officials over fees

• Attendance at site inspections with government officials

• Ensuring co-location sites are prioritized in the site search process within the region

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Permitting & Site Sharing Coordinator

REPORTING TO: Permitting & Site Sharing Coordinator

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION: FIRST DEGREE - Legal and Estate Valuation background desirable

• At least 3 years experience in related function preferably within a telecoms environment

• Negotiation skills

• Leases, Contracts

• Estate Management

• Advanced Co-location

• Advanced Planning

• Management Development

• Leadership

• Aviation Laws

CONDITIONS

- Must have valid drivers license

- Open plan office

- General MTNN working hours

- Extra working hours maybe required
